What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with the items you bought. Your cart is stored only in your own browser until you check out.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — we only receive a payment reference to confirm your order.

How we use your information

• To process, ship and deliver your order (including sharing your name, phone and address with our delivery and fulfilment partners).
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and respond to your queries.
• To handle returns, refunds and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or send marketing emails without your consent.

Storage & security

Order data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers and is accessible only to us. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
