These terms apply to purchases made on the StickFirm website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free. We may update prices or products at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Orders & payment
You can pay online through Razorpay, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD). Online orders are confirmed after successful payment. COD orders carry a fee of ₹49, shown at checkout; we may call you to confirm a COD order before shipping, and may cancel it if we can't reach you. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may mean COD is not offered to you in future. We may cancel and fully refund any order if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Product use
Adhesive hooks and screws work best on clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Follow the instructions on the pack, and allow the adhesive to set before hanging weight. Results vary by surface, and products should not be used to hang items beyond their stated capacity or anything whose fall could cause injury.
